Facebook likes on my shares disappeared after theme update ???

    Hello,

    I have a FaceBook page where I share my WordPress posts. After having installed the theme update all my FaceBook likes disappeared from the FaceBook page posts. Is this new theme changing URLs somehow so that FaceBook posts do not match with new URLs after update?
    Not sure whether the theme update has anything to do with my issue, I am still investigating. Let me know whether anyone else is experiencing the same issue
