Facebook Link Share Not Populating

  • I installed suffusion last night and finished up changing and adjusting all of the settings. I really love the theme and the options available but I’m having trouble with sharing links on Facebook.

    Whenever I put the link into Facebook it does not populate the stories with the image and story preview. I know this worked before I switched themes as I did it when using Twenty Ten. My installation is an MU installation so I’m not sure if that makes any difference. Any help would be great.

  • I tried simply pasting a link out from the announcements page of Suffusion and it worked fine for me. It didn’t show thumbnails from the post (because there are none), but it did show me an excerpt and other images from the page itself. What is your site URL?

    I guess it randomly began working. Maybe the server load caused it to function slowly and time-out Facebook share.
