Facebook login creates new user instead of matching existing user

I’m still in test mode – on a site with Woocomerce installed (I don’t know if that matters).
I signed myself up as a user on my site with the same email address I have for my Facebook account.

Now, as a returning user, I click on the “log in with facebook” button – and instead of linking the facebook login to my existing WP/Woocommerce user, it creates a new one.
What am I doing wrong?
