Facebook login with existing account

Hi, I have a issue with the facebook login if a e-mailaddress already exists. I created my account first with the registration form. An admin must approve the account (even for new facebook logins).
If I decide to connect my Facebook account, I must approve my self created App. But there is no pending moderation. The user account is created with the same e-mailaddress as within Facebook. How can we match those two accounts so it is possible to decide later wheter you want to login via facebook or not. As soon as I delete my ‘normal’ created account I can use the facebook app to create my account and use this one for logging in.
