Facebook Manual Advanced Matching

  • Hi Guys,

    By the looks of things your plugin is one of the better ones. My main purpose in using it is to set up Manual Advanced Matching for Facebook. The site I am working on has WP 5.4.1. I was able to install the plugin and verify it is working. I also enabled debug mode and saw no particular issues. However, I see no advanced matching params when I log in as a user.

    Any suggestions for further debugging? I posted about this plugin on the Facebook marketing partner list and there was some interest in it vs the official Facebook plugin, but something like this needs to “just work” or else it becomes less of a benefit overall.

    One follow up note. The official Facebook plugin has the same problem, actually it worked once, then stopped working. But I don’t know what about this site may be so anomalous.

    Also, please make sure you have enabled the option in the settings: https://snipboard.io/WbzG6t.jpg

    Now, I don’t see the plugin enabled on your website. But, if you are not able to debug the issue with Pixel Helper as I showed you on the screen, please enable it on your plugin in order to check myself.
