    Hi @ronmelross,

    I’ve had a look at your website, and I don’t see the Chat plugin code in the page’s markup. Can I ask you to go through the installation process again from scratch, and ensure you’ve either selected “All pages” for deployment of the plugin, in the Advanced Configuration section (or selected the pages where you’d like to deploy it)?

    Hello, I tried your recommendation to go through the installation process again, but the issue still persist. The current configuration shows “All pages” for deployment of the plugin.

    By any chance, do you have a list of incompatible plugins or themes that can be the cause of the plugin not showing up on the site?

    Hi @ronmelross,

    I’ve had a look again, and the code still isn’t there. I don’t think this would be an issue with a theme, as this looks like more of a fundamental issue with deploying code, rather than a display issue for the plugin on a particular theme.

    This is very strange. Can I ask you to fully uninstall and remove the plugin, and then re-install our latest version?
