Hi! I have problem that Facebook messenger is pumping in Chrome. I also see same issue with other company’s websites that has FB messenger in their web. It worked normally 2 days ago. I try to clear cookies, restart computer, and update Chrome, but still is pumping and you can’t minimize it or contact through it. Few friends test it they didn’t have this problem but when some of our customers have same issue they will run away from our website.

I also tested with Explorer, there the messenger window won’t open – same issue were in other computers as well.

In Edge and Firefox and also in Safari it works perfectly.

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. Could you explain more on the pumping issue that you are seeing in chrome? The plugin is currently not supported in internet explorer so that is an expected behavior.

    Hey @facebook,

It is still a problem for myself and a few clients. I have a video here to illustrate what @k2tlintks was also mentioning:
