Facebook not showing in origins

Are you seeing any other values than Google and Direct?
Sometimes, we see “Unknown” as an origin.

To help you further, it would be best if you could find the orders made via Facebook.
Since they do not show Facebook in Origin, you may use the Product Name and Order Date/Time to narrow down the orders.

Once you have a few orders that could be from Facebook, edit them and share the order details with me.
I want to check the Order Notes and Order Attribution data available on the right-hand sidebar.

If you see the attached image – the top is Facebook telling us we have had 4 orders on the 29th June – On 29th June we only had 1 order all day. Even if its attributing a sale for the 30th, none show anything from Facebook. Unless orders are being attributed as “direct” I cant see another 4 that it could be?

This is a possibility, as it appears the Order Overview screen is further customized from what’s available out-of-the-box.

What mechanism/plugin is utilized for Facebook at the site?
