Facebook Page but not the Pixel?

It is likely due to the pixel being linked to a different ad account than the Business Manager. You should be able to move the pixel using the method shown here:

Thank you – one more question. I go to add her account to business ad manager but the page is not available. Does this mean she does not have it added to business manager on her side?

As in, I think she is just using facebook ads without the business manager. So would she need to add it to business manager so then i can have access too first? (not sure she is going to want to do this).
