Facebook page is updating with wrong url !

I am using jetpack plugin and managed to add the facebook share with my fan page here https://www.facebook.com/wideinfo

but when I am posting a new update from my website https://wideinfo.org,the update is getting with wrong url of https://frettboard.com on Fan page where there is no topic is like such in frettboard !

but the original topic was posted at my website http;//wideinfo.org

Please help me !
