    Hi, I am using in the bottom footer the WP Facebook jetpack live widget to show our daily Facebook posting on ten of our websites. For the past six months this has all been working fine and been perfect for our requirements. All of a sudden the Facebook posting has disappeared from displaying ONLY on the mobile phone version, which is probably more crucial than the desktop display. I have tried deleting widget, then re installing, clearing cache etc, but cannot get FB posting to display on the phone. I don’t really want to use a plug in as the widget has been perfect for our needs, but just need to get this to display again on the mobile phone version. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for the qiuck reply. Assuming that we’re talking about the Facebook Page Plugin widget, I can see it’s not displayed on Mobile, only the title of the widget is showing up. Can you confirm this is the issue you’re facing too?

    Yes this is correct, displays on desktop PC , but not mobile

    Yes facebook plugin widget was working all fine for the past 6 months on desktop and mobile, but suddenly stopped displaying on mobile version.

    Hi @casaspain,

    It looks like we had a similar case reported in the past and it turned out being an issue with Chrome only. Can you please check another browser, like Firefox or Safari to see if the issue persists? Also, please try to clear cache and cookies on Chrome and see how it goes.

    Facebook plugin is still not showing on mobile. I’ve cleared cache. I have an android phone and can’t use other browsers on it. I have the latest Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.

    The Facebook title shows, but the Facebook feed does not. It worked fine up until a few months ago.

    It shows fine on desktop but not mobile. My site is https://thenespage.com

    This has not been resolved. You told me to open a new forum but I’m having the same issue as the original poster. FB widget is still not working on mobile. This should not be marked resolved.
