    Hi @hometechexpert,

Sorry you’re having issues. Is this happening in the customizer, the edit widgets page or both?

    Thanks

    Hi

I am having exactly the same problem. I am trying to add the widget to the right sidebar.

I have also noted that when this plugin is activated, it is listed directly under the plugin menu on the dashboard as well as under ‘installed plugins’. Not too sure of the relevancy of this….

    Thanks

    Bev

Sorry, Totally got way sidetracked with this query.

The app is ‘Instagram Feed’ by Smash Balloon.

    Thanks

If you’re having issues I’ll ask you the same question. Is this happening in the customizer, the edit widgets page or both?

    Thanks @hometechexpert,

This sounds like a plugin conflict. Would you be able to deactivate all other plugins and let me know if the issue is still there?

    Thanks

I deactivated the Facebook plugin and installed smash balloon Facebook feed plugin to see if I get different results. The smash plugin also has issues on displaying so I assuming its something on my end that I have to identify. Waiting on a response for a support ticket with Smash to see if they can help. Will let you know outcome here.

Just solved the issue using facebook feed from smash. I do not know if same would apply with your facebook feed plugin.
smash settings had an option to display posts by “only me” or “only me + other people”
When I selected me and other people the facebook feed should up.
Thank you Cameron for your prompt replies. You are awesome.

    Hi Cameron

Thank you gor getting back to me.

This may oy may not be a plugin conflict. I have a significant number of plugins loaded, activated and working really well together.

In view if this, I am not prepared to deactivate all of them on the off chance that this one plugin may work.

In the interim, I have found an alternative plugin that suits my needs ‘out of the box’.

    Thanks

    Bev
