Facebook Page reviews not working

Hi! The facebook page reviews stopped working some time ago. I logged in and retreived my Facebook ID + token so that all data should be up to date. I cleared FTS cache. Still the reviews are not showing in the feed. I have tried a shortcode for facebook posts from the same page and it worked. So the problem is only with facebook reviews. Can you help please?
