So I’ve set this connectivity up, using the same WordPress.com account, on multiple sites with no issue. But I did notice that only SOME Facebook pages are listed.

I’ve checked and my Business Manager is ONLY managing 3 pages. And Anarchist National Committee isn’t one of them. I’ve checked that under Business Integrations in my personal account I have WordPress connected correctly and it is. I mean, like I said, I’ve done this successfully with SEVERAL other pages.

But ANC doesn’t show up TO connect… what can I do to make it show?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello, there.

It’s possible that the permissions of the page or your user for that page are not lining up with the way that Jetpack connects to Facebook.

There have been a few changes over the years, and I know that you said you’ve done this many times, but could you check out our guide and follow the instructions step by step to see if there is something that has changed since you last connected one?

Please let us know the results of this troubleshooting and we can go from there. Thanks!

Where would I find the guide. I’ve literally just been ‘doing’ this like that guy that puts the IKEA package together without reading the instructions. lol

    Hi @randomblink,

Sure thing, and sorry we haven’t shared our support documentation before ??

This is the main Publizice page that explains how to connect your Facebook page:
    https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/facebook/

For multiple Facebook pages, we have specific instructions:
    https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/facebook/#multiple-pages

Let us know how it goes, if you get stuck at any step, just let us know and we’ll be glad to help.

I think I see the problem. My page is using the new Facebook look. And I can’t roll it back, I’ve researched the hell out of it. UGH!

I don’t need ONE WordPress to post to Multiple Sites, that sounds like a Hellscape of insanity, lol. I just need to get each of my websites to crosspost to their matching Facebook Page. And so far APPARENTLY those Facebook pages have been Classic Pages until now…

Any idea when an update will fix this?

    Hey @randomblink,

Good finding here! We did have some troubles with the new Facebook page, and as far as I am aware the issue should be solved.

At this point, I’d like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s happening. Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?

Happy to look deeper into this – we’re on the right path for success ??

Look forward to your reply then, thanks!
