Facebook & Pinterest feed widget

Hi, I’m new to this theme and I would like to add facebook and pinterest feeds to my new blog as I had, for facebook at least on my wordpress.com blog. Can anyone advise how I do this? Here is my old blog: https://jamjargill.wordpress.com/ and new blog: https://www.jamjargill.com for reference
