Hello, it looks like I am getting an error due to PayPal sending an IPN URL back with customer information back to Facebook and I get the following error:

    Review potentially violating personal data
We detected potentially violating personal data in 1 event that may not comply with our terms and policies.

Compliant data protects your users and keeps their information usable and beneficial for your business.

Is there a way to remove the IPN URL from the order URL and still have Paypal checkout work so it doesn’t give this error?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @jsyhaphom,

As this error/warning comes from the Facebook Pixel I would recommend as a first step that you reach out to the Facebook Support Team that can provide more info on what data should not be included in the URL query parameter.

You can do so here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help

Can you make sure you have all software updated on your site? These warnings could be also triggered due to outdated plugin versions.

Searching around I found this article that might be worth reading about how Facebook, due to GDPR regulations, introduced a stricter policy when it comes to personal data:

    Thanks.
