    Hi,
I have been trying to connect my site with woocommerce so it can sync with my online store on Meta and Instagram.

I seem to be having issues with when I try to connect i get stop by saying I dont have admin access When I am the admin and I have created both a personal and business page – VERY STRANGE!!!!

The below is the error message i keep getting:

    “Admin permission required
You don’t have permission to edit these settings. Contact the admin of “Splendore Unique” to gain access.”

The pixel also doesnt seem to be connecting too which i believe is a related issue.

Would be great to understand how to resolve this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @tryingtounderstand0

You’ll want to ensure you’re logged in as the Business Owner and confirm all permissions are enabled for your user:

    https://www.facebook.com/business/help/299504287548592?id=180505742745347

The next step will be to attempt the connection thereafter.

    Hi @tryingtounderstand0,

Are you still seeing the issue? We do apologize for the time frame for this reply.

If the issue is still persisting, it is most likely an issue on the Business Manager side. A few revisions ago, the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin was set to use the latest Facebook API – this uses Business Manager to connect your WooCommerce store to your Facebook account.

In this case, having admin access to the page is not quite enough permission, as required by Business Manager. In each of your cases, are you also added as an admin to business manager and related assets?

This should be possible by having them add you into their business manager account via https://business.facebook.com/settings/people/ and assigning you all assets to manage. This should then allow you to run through the new connection process which will create a system user the plugin uses to manage the same assets too.

Let us know if this works, or if you have further issues!
