    Hey everyone,
I’m completely stuck here. I recently migrated my site away from GoDaddy to SiteGround using their WordPress migrator. After migrating my site (same domain, just new host) my pixel helper is saying
“We detected event code but the pixel has not been activated for this event,” under PageView with no other events.
The thing is, all of my websites traffic, Purchases, etc is being recorded correctly in my pixel overview.

When I look at the graph under one of my events in overview I’ve noticed essentially all my data has stopped coming from browser events and now it’s all coming from server events.
When I go to test events through the events manager it’s not tracking ANYTHING for me.
But for some reason when I’m logged in as Admin on my site through WordPress, the Facebook pixel helper says everything is running fine and I can also track my events through the test events page on ads manager but once again this is ONLY if I’m logged in as admin on the site.

Am I missing something here??? No idea what’s going on haha

I paused my ads because I thought my pixel stopped tracking but I guess it still is? I really have no idea.
Any insight would be hugely appreciated.

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear about this.

As a first step, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Please let us know.

Is there a way to send this info to you privately? I typically don’t like to post any backend stuff publicly.

    Thanks!
