• Hello guys, really need some help with this.

Trying to connect my Facebook Pixel, for 3 days I have had a problem. In the section on the Facebook Business Manager, when you want to input events, the step before that is the “Activity Status”, when everything is good it’s a green color and you can proceed to the part to make events. I can’t proceed to that part, I tried like 100 times. This is the first time I have had a problem, in like 100% of cases this worked perfectly with previous websites that I managed. I did every step that I did in the past with other websites and never had an issues.

For everytime I did this, the “Pixel Helper’ extension was on, and everytime said that he can recognize my pixel, meaning that he was there and “live”. Talk to the people from Meta, they said that pixel is okay, meaning that he doesn’t have some errors from their side, like restriction or something similar. Also tried to make another pixel for safe measures, but every pixel just didn’t let me proceed that step on Facebook Event Manager.

There are no ad blockers on my Chrome or similar, and all third party is allowed on the browser. And always cleared my caches form site.

Trying to solve this for like 3 days, but really I don’t have any solutions more, you guys are my last option.

We have a private conversation about this on our own channels already. The pixel is not fired on the site. Our default code is not present on the current version of the site, and there is a Meta warning about the pixel ID not being found. I asked a few questions:

    1. Is the pixel ID added inside the plugin?
    2. Do you have other pixel related code on the site?
    3. Do you see the issue when replacing this pixel ID with a different one?
    4. Can you do a short test with a different theme?

Yes I just saw one of your support answering in my email. Really don’t know I did the all steps like everytime, but this time just doesn’t work.

    1. Yes it’s inside for sure.
    2. No, nothing at all, just one pixel though your plugin.
    3. Yes I have like 3 new Pixels that I tried this days, everytime “Pixel Helper” saw plugin like he is there, but, still having that error.
    4. I can try, I’m using Astra, never had this issues in the past. Literally done the same with previous websites, identical plugins across all websites, everything is the same and never had this problem.

Edit: Changed the theme and still the same error

I can suggest debugging in the old fashion way:

    1. Replace the theme with a default one.
    2. Disable all plugins except ours. Clear server caches.
    3. Test in incognito mode. If the pixel is fired, enable the theme and check again. If it works, enable plugins one by one until you discover witch one creates the conflict.
