Facebook Pixel not loaded / found on site

    Hello. Just uploaded our Facebook Pixel code to our site using your plugin, but after 15-30 minutes and after flushing the cache, my Chrome FB Pixel Helper is still showing that there is no Pixel uploaded to the site (When looking in incognito mode and no error when logged in as Administrator with pixel blocked).

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I guess you’re testing the site with an excluded user role (admin?)

    I can see the pixel working fine

    Can you provide a screen shot? In my post, I mentioned that even in Incognito mode, the pixel was not showing up, and I thought that I would receive the error message if I was running Admin (and i had it blocked)?

    Pixel Helper doens’t work in incognito mode

    You can:

    1. Allow admin and test again.

    2. Log out from the site and test again.

    I had the same problem and the code worked after I checked the “Activate plugin general settings” from the first tab. Not very obvious I must say.
