Facebook Pixel not tracking purchases

Thanks for letting us know! The Facebook for WooCommerce extension should be compatible indeed.

Can you try installing the Pixel Helper Extension for Chrome and see if it can shed some light on this issue?

Once installed you will want to navigate to your site, check the Pixel info with the extension and then reproduce the checkout flow to see if there are any other insights.

I have temporarily gone back to the default checkout as I was also having issues google pay on stripe.

I spun up a staging site and it captures every other event, ViewContent, PageView etc but when I go to checkout or process payment no initiate checkout or purchase event is triggered.

Can you let me know if on the staging site this is still happening using a default theme like our Storefront theme and with only Facebook for WooCommerce and the core WooCommerce plugin active, please?

I have the same issue with Woocommerce Blocks plugin not integrated with Facebook Pixel. Would you be able to get it sorted please?
