Facebook Pixel Problem: Server external ID not matching pixel external ID

    Hello there,

    I have recently encountered problems regarding the facebook fro Woocommerce plugin I am using, resulting in an error of my facebook pixel on the facebook business suite. The error message reads as follows:

    Server external ID not matching to pixel external ID

    You’re sending the external_ID parameter for your Purchase event from your server, but you’re not sending the external_ID parameter for this event from your pixel. If you send external_ID for an event from your server, you must send it from your pixel as well in order for that event to be valid.

    This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimisation of your ad campaigns.

    Another facebook plugin installed is also the called facebook for Woocommerce.

    Could anyone please help resolve this problem? Thanks ??

    Can you please try to disconnect and reconnect from Facebook by following this guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-how-to-re-connect/

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thank you for your answer. I have deactivated and activated the Woocommerce Plugin but nothing has happened yet. What do I do after i completely deinstalled the plugin? Attached is the system report. It is in German, I hope that is not a problem.

    Once you have disconnected the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin try connecting it to your site again and see if that fixes the issue.
