Hi,

Recently, i’ve been getting these error messages in my facebook business manager dataevent administrator under my pixels diagnostics.

It is telling me the following three errormessages, and how to solve them.

1: Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event
Solve by: Check that you’re sending valid and unique values for the ip_address, user_agent parameters for your AddToCart event and that the data is normalized correctly.

2. Same event ID received for many event instances (for add to cart events)
Solve by: Update the event_id_parameter for your AddToCart events so that all unique event instances send both a unique event ID from your pixel and through the Conversion API. You can do this for your pixel in the source code of your website. You can do this for the Conversion API in the Graph Exploration API or in your server terminal.

3. Same event ID received for many event instances (for view content events)
Solve by: Update the event_id_parameter for your ViewContent events so that all unique event instances send both a unique event ID from your pixel and through the Conversion API. You can do this for your pixel in the source code of your website. You can do this for the Conversion API in the Graph Exploration API or in your server terminal.

My problem is that i have no idea how to do any of these solving methods ://

Hello!

We have the same problem, the pixel even though it registers the visits, it stopped synchronizing the products in the catalog, it indicates the same problems that Oliver has on his site, it also adds other configuration of the Google category. I already checked all the configuration and permissions, I also generated visits to the site with a mailing to our subscribers, but still the catalog load is not generated.

Hopefully you can review what is happening.

Can you two please try to disconnect and reconnect from Facebook by following this guide to disconnect and reconnect: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-how-to-re-connect/

If that doesn’t help please follow this guide to purge things on the Facebook side of things too: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-uninstall-plugin-and-remove-woocommerce-facebook-app/

Then try reconnecting again?

This disconnect and reconnection process should result in new data being created without having to get technical to change it manually which should fix your issues.

Thank you for the answer. I did uninstall facebook extension and installed plugin trackyourpixel, and that helped me remove some of my error messages. However, this one error message i still cant seem to fix.

Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event.
Lots of sites tell me to simply ignore this error message, however my match quality is terrible for addtocart events.

Any update on this. I have been confused for a long time to which ways i can optimally set up my pixel. The errors have all returned. Shouldn’t i be able to track all events optimally using just facebook for woocommerce, or can you recommend another setup to combine or run single handedly?
