facebook Pixel Server-side not sending data

hello team,

i have been using your pixel plugin but lately i’ve seen multiple conversions, and i found your video explaining about server-side pixel .. it’s quite great .. but after i installed everything and set up everything .. i’ve tested with payload everything works like charm .. but the when i test an order on the website .. facebook side-server doesn’t receive it, i can’t find the solution anywhere, i’m not good at debugging but i’ve tried the same set up with two old wordpress shops and then used a fresh new wordpress shop and the same issue no response no data sent .. pixel helper shows everything is correct but server side doesn’t … please guide me what to do next .. last resort that i don’t know about is check the server permissions and see if something is blocking the connection .. although i doubt it .. thanks for your help
