Facebook plugins blinking/flashing

Hi,
I have a problem with both facebook like box and like button. If you go to my blog you can see, that it takes some time for those to load, and they keep blinking / flashing when they are loading. It is quite annoying…I am using this plugin for Like Button:

And this for Like Box:
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/facebook-like-box-widget/But I tried others and it just keeps blinking…
Do you have any ideas what that might be?
