Facebook Post and Videos

    I have created a page name media for videos. I currently have a facebook account. I seen this on many website. How can I call a code or some type of plugin where I post on Facebook and it wil load it on my twentyten page? is that possible to do or call any type of post from facebook?

    Any help would be much appreciate

    I do mine slightly different.
    I post to my WordPress blog and then that post is sent to my Facebook page.
    On my Facebook page I use an app called Networked Blogs. It’s pretty easy to set up
