Facebook Product Feed Doesn’t update

    Good day

    I created an XML product feed for Facebook. I normally add new products every 2-3 days so the proper update and quick visibility on Facebook/IG is of most importance to me.
    I have set updates to 1 hour. I have also selected “both” under Product Query Type in settings.
    I see in FB commerce page that your updates are unsuccessful.
    Is it a problem that I have Managed WordPress with GoDaddy (we don’t have cron job).
    Do you require cron job for your feed?
    If so, what other options have I got? I wouldn’t like to change from Managed Wrdpress.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    If you don’t have real/server cron enabled, then you can use WP-Cron. To know how to enable WP-Cron you can follow this documentation.

    Once wp-cron is enabled, disable auto update of that feed and regenerate and then enabled auto update and then regenerate again. It will create a cron event.

    However, if the above doesn’t help you, Please, reach out to us again with the System Status.
