Facebook Setup – WWW is grayed out

  • In facebook, I have followed the setup instructions exactly as presented. When I get to the “Select Platform” page, the “WWW” icon is grayed out. Please help.

    Within my Facebook account, I followed the steps for how to setup Facebook (the instructions as presented in the Plugin tutorial), however when I got to the step under “Select Platform” where the next step is to click the “WWW” icon, the icon is unfortunately grayed out and not clickable. In fact, it is the only one of the choices which is not clickable.

    Are you talking about the WWW icon at quick start menu of Facebook login(https://pasteboard.co/I7jfZLex.png)?
    This is an issue related to Facebook. However you don’t need to add this (If you want to add this,then you can update the site url at basic settings),just enter the redirect url and authorize your App with Social Media Auto Publish.
