Facebook share broken ?

After updating to Version 4.0.1 facebook sharing no longer works, I’m getting
Bad Request
The server found your request confusing and isn’t sure how to proceed.or
fb:app_id hasn’t been included in the meta tags. Specify the app ID so that stories shared to Facebook will be properly attributed to the app. Alternatively, app_id can be set in url when open the share dialog. Otherwise, the default app id( 966242223397117 ) will be assigned.
Could you please look into this?

Hello there,
I am trying to share buddypress activity by using wp social sharing plugin, but its not taking share url in facebook.
Its taking only this much in URL
https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=1490965743
Can anyone tell what is the issue for not taking proper url?
