Facebook Share Button for Comments

I’m currently using the JetPack comments system which I don’t want to change because it’s almost perfect for my site, allows facebook and twitter login whilst giving the user to comment anonymously.

I do however want to add a facebook share button to each comment that will allow users to share that specific comment directly on their facebook. Comments on my site have a url of, for example: /swansea/#comment-189

Anyone know how to do this or a plugin that will?
