It seems that Fu#$in’ FB decided to change the sharer.php behavior without letting anyone no.

DiggDigg’s Share button call to the following URL no longer works:
https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?app_id=309437425817038&sdk=joey&u=%5BURL%5D%2F&display=popup

In order for this to work, you should remove the “app_id=309437425817038&sdk=joey&” part.
So URL should look like this: https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=%5BURL%5D%2F&display=popup

Not sure why FB decided to change this, but until DiggDigg’s developers wouldn’t fix it we’re in deep sh#t.

any update on this? I’m trying to create my own social media sharing plugin, getting some api from this https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/share-button/. Works perfectly fine but when I’m sending the share link it doesn’t submit.. as what @quickim said the app_id=309437425817038&sdk=joey is in the link.
