Hi Team,

I have installed AddtoAny plugin on my website https://www.hitbullshit.com/.
and included sharing buttons on every posts page. I am using GLADES theme.

My Facebook sharing option is not functioning properly from mobile while sharing, it is giving error “THE PAGE YOU REQUESTED CANNOT BE DISPLAYED RIGHT NOW. IT MAY BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE, THE LINK YOU CLICKED ON MAY BE BROKEN OR EXPIRED. OR YOU MAY NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO VIEW THIS PAGE”.

I got the root cause for this issue and would need your help to find the solution..

When i am sharing the post from my desktop it is generating URL as -“https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.hitbullshit.com%2Fwp%2Fmission-impossible-5-rogue-nation-reviews%2F&t=Mission%20Impossible%205%20%E2%80%93%20Rogue%20Nation%20Reviews..%21%21&v=3”

so nothing other than URL tags here and so its working fine for sharing posts,

But when i am sharing it from any mobile then it is generating URL as –
“https://m.facebook.com/sharer.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.hitbullshit.com%2Fwp%2Fsalman-khan-recorded-title-song-of-hero-promoting-movie-in-his-own-style%2F&sid=0&app_id=966242223397117&referrer=social_plugin”
which is using my Old HITBULLSHIT Facebook App ID – 966242223397117 which does not exists.

When i tried the same URL with my new App ID – 844331688970263 , it worked perfect and the posts are getting shared properly.

Now i need to update my Old App ID with my new App ID so that it always generate the URL using my new App ID.

Kindly let me know how to update this.
This solution will definitely be useful to others as well.

As in your previous topic, it’s still not an AddToAny issue; it’s an issue between Facebook and your site (and very likely it’s Facebook’s bug).

The “app_id” parameter in the mobile URL, confusingly, is actually one of Facebook’s own App IDs, and it has nothing to do with the issue you’re having with Facebook. Your mobile sharers are getting the same error on Facebook regardless of app_id param used or not used. You might not see the error when testing with your own Facebook account + your app ID because you’re the app’s administrator.

You should follow up with similar Facebook bug report(s) or file your own report:
