Facebook Share Button pulling in wrong images and excerpt

My facebook share button on my posts is not pulling in the content from my posts. Instead, it is pulling in a random image and description from another item (advertisement, comment, other post in featured content slider, etc.) to be shared. The link to be shared is correct. But, the image and description is not. Can you help me???
