Facebook Share Count

If you have lost Facebook shares, it’s due to the recent changes in the Facebook graph API. We will find an alternative for this soon.
You can still show Twitter and Pinterest shares.
Pinterest shares for the web page you have mentioned are 0. You can see by visiting the following link https://api.pinterest.com/v1/urls/count.json?callback=heateor&url=https://www.noticiasdefamalicao.pt/antoninas-de-famalicao-decorrem-de-4-a-13-de-junho/
You can check Twitter shares of your web pages by registering your website at TwitCount.com. I am assuming you have already done this.

We have lost all of our Facebook share counts since more than a week.

Is there a way to resolve this issue?

You can save social shares in the database of your website not only for Facebook but for every social share icon you have integrated at your website by using any of the Pro and Premium versions of this plugin. Also if we purchase the Pro/Premium version of the plugin the database will be filled or we will face the same issue? it will load share counts?

I’ve purchased Pro license but i’m seeing some issues…

we are using the plugin via manual code in our websites and 10.000’s pages
[Sassy_Social_Share]

BUT The paid plugin has a different shortcode:
[Sassy_Social_Share_Pro]

So basically all our websites and webpages are BROKEN because the shortcode is different…

Can you revert the [Sassy_Social_Share_Pro] code to just [Sassy_Social_Share] ?

Otherwise we can’t use the pro plugin.

@marcoastriders We have just released version 1.1.30 https://www.heateor.com/sassy-social-share-pro/ that allows you to use [Sassy_Social_Share] shortcode too. You can update your plugin from the Plugins page in the admin area.

If the Facebook API doesn’t allow share counts to be tracked anymore how does the premium/pro version track shares then? Is it just tracking clicks or actual shares that post to Facebook?
