Facebook share doesn’t work

    Hi!

    The social share button for facebook shown with the result of my personality quiz is not responding. The button to share to twitter works, but nothing happens when I click the facebook button.

    Any ideas on this?

    I have just updated the plugin to 2.0.2.

    By the way, any advice on how I may translate the “Share your Results:” text?

  • I have the same issue and looking at their support site lots of other people with the Pro version do too, so there’s no incentive to buy it.

    Unfortunately, if they do solve an individual’s problem, they do not publish it: It seems to me they’d save themselves a lot of time by making this information public.

    This has such potential for a really nice plugin, but the lack of/opaque support here rather puts me off.

    Hi @saliw,

    I see I forgot to update on my findings.

    Turned out I needed to reconfigure my facebook ID. See this tutorial: https://youtu.be/OE-iLSHLFZ8?t=415

    I also found I could translate the string directly in /wp-quiz/templates/global/sharing.php line 21 (version 2.0.1):

    <p style=”font-size: 14px;”><?php echo esc_html( $text ); ?></p>
