    facebook share is sharing the sidebar information, in my case an advert,

    did I not set something up or set it up incorrectly??

    Trust you’re doing well!

    The Hustle takes the metadata information from the site. The Facebook debugger locate the first available image and description and it is the same with the Hustle plugin.

    There is no SEO meta-description added in your site. Please consider installing an SEO plugin, SmartCrawl for example, and from SmartCrawl > Title & Meta set up the description and image you wish to be sown on social media.
