facebook share goes wrong

Hi there,

When i click on the facebook share icon the only thing that appears on my facebook is the title of my website. No pictures, no text, nothing.

i’ve bought and installed the ‘WordPress Social Stream’ and a website template. The designer of the template thinks this is the problem:

“It’s most likely because Facebook needs open graph data on your site. It doesn’t look like the socialize plugin does this. You might want to look into a plugin that will add this for you. Unfortunately I don’t have any experience with this, so it’s not something I can assist with.”

How can i resolve the problem that the post i want to share on my facebook appear like they normally should ?
