    Can you please confirm you have facebook App ID created with your domain and that Facebook App ID is live.

    Please check for the same and let us know if you have still issue with Facebook sharing we will be happy to assets you.

    Yes the app was created with the website’s domain on which the plugin is downloaded, and the App ID is live.

    If it is all ok then there should be not an issue with facebook sharing but still if you are facing issue then if possible can you please send your site details and credentials at [email protected]. So that we can more look into it.
