    We are finding when we share the staff list profile page facebook can’t seem to access the page image. It defaults to an unrelated site image. Naturally this isn’t what the actual staff want if they share their page. They want their own pic to show.

    Is this a bug? Sharing works fine for standard pages with the shortcode. It’s only the profile pages that it doesn’t. We have the Pro version and have gotten NO response to the Support ticket we filed weeks ago.

    I’m really disappointed, less with the plugin itself but that such a simple question never got an answer from paid for support. Even a ‘it can’t be fixed’ or ‘we’re working on it’ would’ve been SOMETHING. And Facebook sharing IS a very common thing.

    Support tickets are usually resolved up to 24 hours. Emails are sometimes blocked or end up in a spam container. Always the best option is to send another one from different email address.

    Next correspondence we’ve received on Dec 19 and responded the same day. The last one from Dec 21 also has been answered promptly.

    For Facebook sharing, you may want to get familiar with canonical URLs and meta property og:url and how they work on dynamic pages.

    The plugin no canonical is having no effect on the individual staff profile pages sharing. I tried it. We have Yoast controlling the SEO and the ONLY pages having an issue are those generated by the plugin. I know how it works. What I DON’T know is why ONLY your plugin profile pages have the issue. Not any other plugin or page is effected.
