Facebook Sharing wrong image

yea, cuz your theme is including og:type, og:title, og:site_name, og:url meta-tags,
but is missing og:image meta-tag
this meta-tag should have the url of the correct image.

facebook checks for exisence of this meta-tag and uses its value url for sharing
but as this meta-tag is missing, facebook fetches any suitable image it get ??

i see the inner pages (post images) incldue image meta
but the value is set as “https://blog.weddingplanner.co.uk/nextgen-attach_to_post/preview/id–4337” for example

i think using the original image path might fix this issue : “https://blog.weddingplanner.co.uk/wp-content/gallery/medici-macarons/IMG_3771.jpg”

I’m pretty new to WordPress. Is it easy to change the theme to add the og:meta-tag? If so where would i go to do that?

are you using “NextGEN Facebook” plugin ?
if so..please remove it and use any other plugin for tags ??

Yes, I’m using NextGEN…

The whole site is based around NextGEN so we can;t drop it. Is that the only way of getting it to work correctly?
