    Hi there

    The following might have already been covered in someones else’s support questions, but I could not find anything relating specifically to my issues.

    Issues

    1) Products are doubling up in Facebook Shop (eg https://www.facebook.com/pg/MyDarlingJeannie/shop/?ref=page_internal&search_text=MAGIC+CARPET+RIDE+Top)
    2) Product pricing is showing different to what is on the website
    3) Out of Stock products are showing up on the Facebook page (this may not be an issue, but just thought I’d check)

    A couple of questions:

    1) Is it possible and how do you clear the Facebook shop and re-sync all products again like a fresh start.
    2) Is there any known issues with multiple currency plugins as we are running one on the site.

    I am running the latest versions of both plugins:

    – Facebook for Woocommmerce (1.11.3)
    – Woocommerce (4.1.1 )

    Thanks for that added information, I appreciate it!

    To remove the plugin properly, and set it up again from scratch, you can click the Manage Settings option in WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce. This pops up the Facebook settings page where you can click Advanced Options > Remove. After doing this, you’ll need to start back from “Facebook Page” and go through the process again, which should also resync products.

    As to known issues with a multicurrency plugin, I’m not aware of any off the top of my head. Can I ask which multicurrency plugin you’re using?
