facebook short code giving wrong count

So when i use the shortcode for displaying the facebook count i.e
[scp code=”facebook”]
i get a wrong count.. it’s stuck on 1 count which is 668334
i’ve tried changing page ids (i’ve tried all of my pages) but the count for them remains the same?
:/ any solutions?

i’m using a child theme of it

i believe the settings of social count plus aren’t being updated when i do update them if so can someone guide me as to where to hardcode the profile id / link.
