Facebook shows the homepage excerpt even with a specific post link

    Please help! I’ve been encountering this problem at one of my blogs lately. Everytime I post a link of my blog post in Facebook, the excerpt shows the homepage of my blog. Even the thumbnail shows the logo and there’s no other choices you can select for it. However the link still redirects to the right url.

    It was working perfectly until this happened.

    And one thing, the “Like” button count shows exactly the same number in each of the blog posts i have. Strange!
