    Hi,

    After check “Include Javascript in website footer” and “Load all Javascript files in single file” checkbox in General Options, Facebook button appears not working. However, other social login buttons still function normally. After uncheck these two, facebook button is back to normal. I could not find out what is the problem behind.

    PS: I already add custom CSS to show Facebook button forcefully.

    Hi,

    We are unable to replicate this issue at our end. Would you enable those options and let us know so that we can look into it at your website?

    Please make sure you have saved exactly the following domains in App Domains option of your Facebook app as mentioned in step 8 at https://support.heateor.com/how-to-get-facebook-app-id/:

    Hi!

    I’m also having issues like this and i don’t know if its related.

    Yesterday i checked “Load all Javascript files in single file” checkbox in General Options to see if my Google Pagespeed improved.

    Today i noticed users are unable to login nor register on the site using social login – the buttons don’t work! If they login using site credentials, then they can link the account to social account.

    Please help!

    EDIT: By now i have removed the plugin and reinstalled, but still having issues ??

    @chimingho,
    Problem is, you are using different Facebook App IDs in different plugins installed at your website.
    We noticed that Facebook login is checking the Site Url and Domain saved in the settings of the Facebook app corresponding to the ID 249643311490, that you have saved in some other plugin.
    You need to use the 120460821762786 ID (that you have configured for Facebook login) for all the plugins that require Facebook App ID.

    @heateor was that answer to me?

    My problem is that none of the buttons work when pressed. Nothing happens. You can check here:

    Thanks!

    EDIT: I just disabled Facebook, Twitter and Google+, and enabled only Steam, but still nothing happens ??

    EDIT 2: I also disabled “Load all Javascript files in single file” checkbox in General Options. The problem remains.

    Update your plugin to just released version 7.8.16. It should fix it.

    Hi! It seems to be working now!! Many thanks ??

    Hi, my problem persists. I set both inmynabe.com and www.inmynabe.com in App Domains. I also leave only single OAuth redirect URI to https://www.inmynabe.com same as Site URL. The plugin is updated to latest(7.8.16). I am still not in good luck. Thanks.

    Edit: the problem narrows to ‘Include Javascript in website footer’ checkbox. Once it enable, the problem rises.

    @chimingho,
    We just logged in using Facebook (Name: Heateor Tester) at your website. Try loading the page a few times. Might be some temporary page loading issue.

    When you logout and try to login again, problem will appear. Chrome and Firefox show same pattern. Facebook button in IE will work after refresh login page.

    I might find out where the problem is. Facebook login button conflicts to Jetpack javascript variable when moving script to footer. button script grabs Jetpack Facebook app id below but not my Facebook app id in Super Socializer setting.

    var jpfbembed = {“appid”:”xxxxxxxxxxx”,”locale”:”en_US”};

    No way I can alter Jetpack’s facebook id, but move Super Login script away from footer to avoid conflict.

    button script grabs Jetpack Facebook app id below but not my Facebook app id in Super Socializer setting.

    Then you should configure the Facebook login settings for the Facebook App which is associated to the Jetpack Facebook ID, instead of creating a new Facebook app.

    i have the same problem, but only on the blog post comments. WHEN I AM trying to log in to comment, it doesn’t work. but it works everywhere else.any ideas?

    @aescauriaza,
    Make sure that you are using the same Facebook App ID in all the plugins (same as the one you have saved in Social Login settings) at your website. If you are still not sure, let us know the url of particular webpage where you are facing this issue.
