@yokochan Please post your own topic if you have a question. It’s much better than using someone else’s thread.
If you need to contact the moderators about this then you can do so via the Slack #forums channel.
To use that channel you need a Slack account. You can obtain one via these instructions.
Slack – https://make.www.ads-software.com/chat/
When you contact the #forums channel, inform them what your www.ads-software.com forum user ID is. That will help the moderators find your account and ascertain what the issue is.
If you do use Slack do not direct message me or any other moderator. Use the #forums channel and any moderator there can assist you.

1. when someone starts asking questions in someone else’s topic, please ask them to open their own thread. (If a different topic seems relevant to them, they can always include a link in their post.)
2. Ask the plugin owner to add your account as support rep in the plugin settings. You’ll get a nice badge when responding under “your” plugin in the forum and you’ll be able to mark topics as resolved.
3. In order to better spot when someone else is jumping into a thread, look at “Add an OP badge”: https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/handbook/appendix/helpful-tools/#add-an-op-badge
