    Hi

Over the last 24 hours or so, none of my Publicize posts to Facebook have worked. I have changed nothing at my end. Until then everything was working satisfactorily.

    Can you help?

    Keith

Update: It actually seems none of the social networks I have attached are working, in short Publicize is not working.

    Thanks

    Keith

    Hi Ryan

    My site is at https://www.natcorn.org.uk

I have installed the Jetpack beta as you suggested on another thread but it does not seem to have made any difference; the problem remains.

    Thanks

Thanks for giving that a shot! I updated some settings for your site on our end, in an attempt to resolve this issue.

Could you please let me know if the issue persists the next time you publish a post? Just let me know, and we’ll go from there. Thanks again!

Thanks again for the update. Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site? To do so, follow these steps:

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Scroll down to the bottom and click “Debug”
    3) Click the link that says “Click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in your name, email address, and the description box with a link to this thread.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

Then we’d be happy to look into this further. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
