    Hi guys,

I tried a few days ago to transfer all my Facebook posts to one of my website using the new feature provided by Facebook.
It seemed it all went well as I followed each step and it succeeded, except I see no new posts on my website dashboard.

Here are screen captures from Facebook where you start the process :

    Facebook Feature 1

    Facebook Feature 2

The one thing I am thinking about that would explain my posts weren’t transferred/imported is that I am using a free version of Jetpack.

Any idea, suggestion, explanation would be greatly appreciated as this is really a very useful trick.
The other solution I have is to import all my posts to my WordPress using classical import options (plugins, CSV, database queries…) ; which is doable but really less fluid.

    ?? Thanks a lot,
    Renan.

    Hi @renansavidan

Looking at this, it looks like there is a residual Jetpack connection to warp-zone.space along with some staging site variations of warp-zone.space and warpzone.space.

We could try disconnecting those in case the process is trying to import to those sites. Are you okay with us disconnecting Jetpack on all *warp-zone.space sites and the staging version of warpzone.space?

I’m not sure what else to try here.

    Hi,
    Yes sure. It’s worth trying.
The one being used is warpzone.space.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I’ve gone ahead and disconnected Jetpack manually from the following URLs:

    warp-zone.space
    warpzone.space
    staging.warpzone.space
    staging.warp-zone.space

You should now be able to reconnect Jetpack and set up the social connections on the primary version of that domain.

Please let us know the results of this troubleshooting and we can go from there. Thanks!

    Hi @madhattersez,
I tried again, maybe I should have tried earlier to dis/re-connect jetpack to my website.
Anyway I guess you did well.

I got the FB message that says it’s all good, so I don’t think I would have to wait long to see results, but I still don’t see no new posts from my dashboard.

This was my last attempt, I am off for a short while.
    Thanks again for helping well.

    Hi @renansavidan

At this point, if it isn’t working, I would suggest that you reach out to Facebook to see if there is something specific to your post settings that are preventing this from working.

From our end and in our tests of the functionality, there shouldn’t be anything preventing this from working. They may have more insight as they can presumably see the post settings

    Hi,
I just sent a message to Facebook to “report a problem”.
I can’t say if this will be taken charge of or not on their side.
    Thanks.
