  • Hi @kaltoum!

First, make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.

Then, at the connection step “What is Woocommerce Integration allowed to do” make sure all fields are enabled. Facebook recently updated its settings to toggle “Manage your business” permission to Off by default.

If none of those things work, as the error that you’re seeing isn’t very informative, we have a snippet that will give us some additional error information. This should give us a better indication as to what might be happening here.

Can you please add the following snippet to your site and attempt to connect to Facebook again? If you aren’t familiar with adding custom code to your site, here is some information as to how to do it. We recommend the free Code Snippets method.
You can view the snippet here:

    add_filter( 'wc_facebook_connection_proxy_url', function() { return 'https://wc-connect-test.skyverge.com/auth/facebook/'; } );

Once the snippet is in place and you have had a chance to try to connect to Facebook again, would you please send us a screenshot or text of any additional error messages that show? You can use the snipboard.io tool to share it.

    Thanks!

Hi @judagutor, wanted to report I was having the exact same issue. Applying the code snippet using Code Snippets worked perfectly and now I do not have any errors. Thank you!

Hello @judagutor it is fixed now but it was just to wait 24 hours, but I have another problem that many products were rejected.
    Thank you so much

    Hi @kaltoum.

Glad to hear that is working. As for the rejected products, can you please send us more details? Is this happening with only a few or all products?

Also, if possible, send us a screenshot of what you’re seeing. For that, I would recommend:https://snipboard.io/

    thank you

    Hi @asheroto!

Glad it worked out for you ??

    Hi @kaltoum

Thank you for sending the screenshot; it is helpful.

There could be various reasons why those products are being rejected. Mainly it is because they might be infringing Facebook’s guidelines for products.

    You can check them here:
    https://www.facebook.com/policies_center/commerce/

In this case, I suggest you request a review from Facebook or contact them to know why the products are being rejected and what you can do to solve this.

I hope this guides you in the right direction.
