    Hi.

    We are seeing only a question mark instead of the user thumbnail on a facebook feed for a client website. There are no console errors.

    Any idea what the issue could be?

    Hi @urbansoul-design,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Usually we see this (question mark in profile) when a page is 18+ in the Facebook settings or if page is set to only be visible in certain countries.

    Check out your Facebook Business Page’s privacy settings and make sure that there are no age or country restrictions.

    Be sure if you change the Facebook privacy settings that after each change you clear our feed cache by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear All FTS Feeds Cache.

    Thanks for the info Chris.

    I passed it on to the client and they had the country set to UK. They’ve removed this and all is well.
