Facebook Widget not displaying in incognito window

It seems that if I am not logged in to facebook, the widget does not display anything. I tried using incognito window in chrome or using Firefox browser, which I normally don’t use. It shows fine in Chrome when I am logged into my facebook.
I looked in the HTML and there is an iframe there:
